The information collected when booking (name, email, order details) is used only to process your request and for email confirmation. It is neither shared nor sold. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data by writing to pressing.belleallure77@gmail.com.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. No banking data is stored on our servers. The amount paid corresponds to the drop-off of the selected items.

Booking & cancellation

Any booking is a commitment to drop off at the chosen slot. If you're prevented, contact us at least 2 hours before the slot for a reschedule or refund.

Compensation scale in case of damage

Unless a higher purchase value is declared and accepted at drop-off, compensation for a damaged item is set according to a standard scale factoring in wear:

Item less than 6 months old 80% of value

6 months to 2 years 50% of value

2 to 4 years 30% of value

Over 4 years 15% of value

Reservations noted at drop-off (unstable colour, indelible stain, insufficient labelling) may limit or exclude compensation, the treatment being carried out at the customer's risk.
