Belle Allure

Terms and conditions of use.

These terms govern the use of the Pressing Belle Allure website and the garment care services entrusted to the workshop. Any booking or drop-off constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

These general terms set out how belle-allure-pressing.fr may be used, along with the rules applying to the dry cleaning, ironing, laundry and alteration services carried out by Pressing Belle Allure, 43 Cours des Roches, 77186 Noisiel, France.

2. Access to the site

The site is available free of charge, around the clock, save for maintenance or events beyond our control. Its content is provided for information: visuals, turnaround times and prices may change and become a firm commitment only once your order is confirmed.

3. Booking and drop-off

Booking a slot online commits you to dropping off at the chosen time. The contract is formed only when the items are actually handed over at the workshop, after their nature and condition have been checked. If you are prevented from coming, let us know at least 2 hours before the slot to reschedule or obtain a refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and the price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed. Online payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider: no card data passes through or is stored on our servers. Any special treatment identified at drop-off (heavy stain removal, lining, oversized item) may incur a supplement, always quoted and accepted before work begins.

5. Turnaround and collection

Stated turnaround times are indicative and run from the drop-off date. Items are collected on presentation of the ticket or order number. Garments are stored free of charge for six months; after that period, and once a reminder has gone unanswered, they may be donated to charity with no claim to their value.

6. Reservations and liability

Some items carry risks inherent to their composition or condition: unstable colour, old stain, missing or incorrect labelling, fragile trim. Such reservations are noted at drop-off and the treatment is then carried out at the customer's risk. Where damage is attributable to the workshop, compensation follows the wear-based scale published in the legal notice, unless a higher purchase value was declared and accepted at drop-off.

7. Right of withdrawal

As this is a service, you have fourteen days from the order to withdraw. If you ask for the service to begin before the end of that period — which is the case as soon as your items are dropped off — you waive that right once the service has been fully performed.

8. Personal data

The information collected (name, email, order details) is used solely to process and confirm your request. It is never shared or sold. You may access, correct or delete your data by writing to pressing.belleallure77@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the site — brand, texts, photographs, visual identity — are protected and remain the property of Pressing Belle Allure or its rights holders. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution — write to us at pressing.belleallure77@gmail.com. Failing agreement, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator before bringing proceedings before the competent courts.
